1 clove garlic
Juice 1/2 lemon
1 chilli pepper
Sprinkle of paprika

Avocado contains healthy fats and is classed as a superfood. Oleic acid found in avocado reduces inflammation so combine this with good amount of fibre (also found in this super fruit) and you have a super star for gut health. Avocado also contains more potassium than a banana.
